DHS offers valued customers a free identification and ordering system
There is a simple 5 stage process to be fully enabled to access the system and place an order on DHS.
- Getting an account and login
To qualify for a trade account please complete an account form and send to Accounts Department, DHS House, 15 Western Avenue, Matrix Park, Chorley, PR7 7NB
New account application form
DHS will provide you with a unique login to the DHS internet system so you can start to familiarise yourself with the easy to use system. A DHS sales representative is on hand to come and physically show you how to use the system and help in any way you need.
- Identification
The DHS Parts Identifier is an easy to use internet based system which is fully integrated into the DHS warehousing system as well.
This enables the customer to view both the boiler diagram and images of the individual part to give you maximum confidence that you are ordering the correct parts.
- Stock availability and price
Within the DHS online system a customer can enquire as to how much quantity of a particular product line is held in stock and is available to be picked and dispatched that day. All price information relating to that part is also included.
As other customers order heating parts from DHS through the day, the system continually updates and shows an accurate stock position, so it gives you confidence that DHS will be able to fulfill your order
- Ordering
After having selected the part you want, it’s a simple task of clicking and buying the part on the DHS system.
Provided your order hits the DHS system and warehouse by no later than 430pm and your account is up to date, all orders will be dispatched that evening.
- Timed delivery service
As part of the ordering process, you can nominate what type of carriage service you require for next day delivery. More details on this are available so please ask.
