We are no longer operating a strict collection only policy, however we are still operating within strict Social Distancing and hygiene guidelines with several measures in place to help ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues.
To give you an idea of what to expect when collecting from DHS please take note of the following information
Although our doors are now open we would politely request that orders be placed in advance by phone call to the Office on 01772 434357 for collection where possible, this will allow us to prepare your order in advance of collection and minimise the time you are onsite.
On arrival Please reverse park into one of the customer bays outside of the trade counter area, You will see a new red wall in front of the trade counter area
This is a 1 way system and is clearly marked, With the entrance to the right of the counter as you face it.
2m Distance Markings are clearly visible on the floor in the event the counter area is at its max capacity of two and you are required to queue.
A 2M boundary is also marked at the door area to allow customers to exit to the right of the doors whilst still maintaining social distancing from the queue.
This is clearly marked with signage on the doors.
Once you enter the counter doors there are 2 serving stations, 1 to the left and 1 to the right, with floor markers in place as a guide.
Each station is equipped with a plastic sneeze screen and there are hand sanitising stations and gloves available for customer use at each station.
An extra computer screen has been placed on the counter to aid in product identification etc whilst maintaining distance.
Once your purchase is ready your goods will be placed in the central area between the two stations for you to collect.
Upon leaving the building the exit direction is clearly marked.
