Finding My Part

I have a part number - the easiest way is to use our search box at the top of our website

I don't have a part number - If you know the boiler make and model, you can use our appliance selector found on our homepage. Simply select the boiler manufaturer, range and model and we will list all the parts we have for that boiler.

I still can't find the part I need - If you are having trouble finding a product, give us a call on 0330 123 3707 we are open 7 Days a week and our staff are always happy to help. Alternatively you can use our Live Web Chat, which you can find on the bottom right of the window.

We stock over 20,000 products in our UK warehouse, but we also sell other products that we don't stock (and will therefore have a lead time).

The website will indicate to you at various points the stock availability of the products you're looking at.

Yes, all of our products are brand new, genuine parts that come direct from the manufacturers. We do not sell used or refurbished products.

Ordering & Delivery

If you have a promotional code, you can use this on the checkout/basket page. Simply type the code in and click apply. Be sure to always check the Terms and Conditions on your promo code to ensure it is valid for your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase and where it will be sent to. We will then review your order and, upon acceptance of the order, you will receive an invoice.

We offer a range of delivery options to suit you; we can get parts delivered to you as early as 10:30am next working day on over 20,000 products if ordered before 7pm Monday - Thursday. We also offer a Saturday delivery service at an additional charge if ordered before 7pm on Fridays. You can find all our delivery services in our Delivery section of the website.

If you haven't received your order or would like to track its progress please call us on 0330 123 3707 and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.

Orders placed before the delivery cut-off the day before the bank holiday should get to you in time, provided the items are in stock and you select the appropriate option at the checkout.

Orders placed after the cut-off, or on the bank holiday itself, will be processed on the next working day, for delivery after that.

If you have ordered an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help resolve the issue.

Please note that if the goods have already been dispatched a return charge will be deducted from the refund.

If you need to return a product, please contact us to get a returns code.

Once the goods have been received in the same condition they were purchased in, the final refund will be processed minus any agreed charges.
