The Horstmann Economy 7 Quartz Water Heating Control uses a highly accurate quartz clock which allows for an Accuracy of ± ten minute a year. It is ideal for use with cheap rate overnight tariffs to provide a tank of hot water each morning.

The Economy 7 has a built-in rechargeable battery backup which keeps time during any power interruptions. The control features a 60 minute or 120 minute boost to provide hot water at any time with a boost indicator light.
