ANDREWS TUNDISH TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE VALVE.

The pressure relief valve, sometimes called relief valve, PRV or safety valve, is used to decrease the pressure in a system. It is set to open when the system pressure goes above a certain point to prevent the system being severely damaged . Each PRV has an internal "bar" limit set, once this bar is reached the pressure relief valve opens and the build up of water is discharged which reduces the amount of pressure within the system .
