ARISTON 995866 SAFETY VALVE.

The pressure relief valve, sometimes called PRV, relief valve or safety valve, is used to manage the pressure in a system. It is set to open if the system pressure goes above a certain point to prevent the system from getting damaged . Each PRV has a set "bar", when the pressure within the system exceeds the bar the pressure relief valve opens and the build up of water is discharged which in turn decreases the pressure within the system .
