This part is based around the diverter valve section. The diverter valve is a directional water mechanism that is only found on a combi boiler, which is used to allow hot water to be sent to the taps in a hot water system or to the radiators in a central heating system. This is what makes a combi boiler different from normal boilers due to the fact that the boiler can provide hot water to both the central heating and taps without the need for a cylinder .
