Product Information: Usually, there are two types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode is responsible for causing the spark that starts the burner. The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for detecting whether there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important safety device that makes sure the boiler isn't still supplying gas without a flame.
This part is present in 4 different boilers on our system including the ECOFLAM MAIOR P15 AB OIL BOILER, ECOFLAM MAIOR P15 OIL BOILER, ECOFLAM MAIOR P25 AB OIL BOILER and the ECOFLAM MAIOR P25 OIL BOILER.
