Product Information: Usually, there are two types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode makes the spark that begins combustion within the burner The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for detecting whether there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important safety device that makes sure the boiler isn't still supplying gas without a flame.

This part is present in 10 different boilers in the Halstead range including the Halstead HERO 30 , HERO 40 , HERO 50 , HERO 60 , HERO 75 .
