Product Information: The pilot burner is a naked flame within the unit that is needed to ignite the gas that is coming in to the main burner. When the appliance is activated the gas valve releases gas in to the burner which is then ignited by the pilot flame. The pilot flame operates in conjunction with the the rest of the pilot assembly as well as the pcb to ensure that the gas is ignited safely and efficiently.

This part is present in 8 different boilers on our system including the HAMWORTHY DORCHESTER DR35L, HAMWORTHY DORCHESTER DR50L, HAMWORTHY DORCHESTER DR70L, HAMWORTHY DORCHESTER DR90L and the HAMWORTHY DORCHESTER DR-SE18.
