Product Information: Usually, there are two types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode creates the spark that begins the combustion procedure within the boiler The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for detecting whether there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important task and if the flame is not detected the boiler knows to re-attempt ignition.

This part is present in 12 different boilers on our system including the HAMWORTHY UR 180, HAMWORTHY UR 250, HAMWORTHY UR 300, HAMWORTHY UR 365 and the HAMWORTHY UR 430.
