Product Information: The pilot burner is a naked flame within the unit that is needed to ignite the gas that is coming in to the main burner. When the appliance is turned on the gas valve allows gas in to the burner which is then ignited by the pilot flame. The pilot flame operates in tandem with the printed circuit board and the rest of the pilot assembly to ensure that all of the injected gas is ignited safely and efficiently.

This part is present in 12 different boilers in the Ideal range including the Ideal EXCEL 30F , EXCEL 40F , EXCEL 50F , EXCEL 60F , EXCEL CF .
