IDEAL 112712 ELECTRODE HEAT SHIELD CXD.

This part is based near the electrodes. There are two types of electrode available, the flame sensing electrodes and the ignition electrodes. The ignition electrode also known as a spark electrode, is responsible for causing a spark that begins combustion within the burner. The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for ensuring there is a flame in the burner, and if it is not working properly stops more fuel from being added .
