Product Information: The gas valve is a gas distribution mechanism. When there is an increased need for gas in the burner, a communication is sent from the printed circuit board to the gas valve, which opens and allows gas to flow through the valve in to the burner or the pilot assembly dependant on the type of appliance installed.
