IDEAL 173029 AUTOMATIC AIR VENT (95250588).

The Automatic Air Vent is a pressure safety device used to allow unwanted air be released out of the system. The air vent is automatic as it will shut off by itself when water enters the system. The device works using a small float which is found within the Automatic Air Vent and as water enters, the float will rise with the water and the valve will shut. This will then stay shut until the level of the water subsides making the float drop with it, the vent will then reopen.

This part is present in 6 different appliances on our system including the IDEAL COMMERCIAL IMAX PLUS F80 and the IDEAL COMMERCIAL IMAX PLUS F120, IDEAL COMMERCIAL IMAX PLUS F160, IDEAL COMMERCIAL IMAX PLUS F200, IDEAL COMMERCIAL IMAX PLUS F240 .
