The Blast Tube for a oil burner is used to direct the air for combustion through the burner into the combustion chamber. As the air travels through the blast tube it passes over the integral diffuser plate that is a part of the blast tube or a separate diffuser plate that is a standalone part within the blast tube. The blast tube assists the mixture of air and oil for combustion.
