Product Information: This part is based around the diverter valve section. The diverter valve is a device that only appears in combi boilers. It allows the hot water to be directed to the central heating system (radiators, etc.) or to the domestic hot water system (taps, etc.). This feature is what seperates a normal boiler from a combi boiler due to the fact the boiler can provide hot water and heating without the need for a cylinder.

This part is present in 13 different boilers in the Vaillant range including the Vaillant VCW 280 XT , VCW 242 E , VCW 240 XT , VCW 240 T , VCW 221 T .
