The washers, gaskets and o-rings are used to create a seal between pipework and other parts inside your boiler. There are several different places which require either a gaskets, washers and O-rings, such as the heat exchanger, gas valves, expansion vessel and many more to reduce the gas, air or water from escaping the system .
