Potterton Gas Valves (Page 11)
The gas valve is a gas distribution instrument. When the need for gas in the burner increases, a communication is sent from the printed circuit board to the gas valve, which opens and allows gas to flow through the valve in to the burner or the pilot assembly dependant on the type of appliance installed.
